Step 1

<p>In a blender, combine the evaporated milk, cream of coconut, coconut milk, sweetened condensed milk, rum (if using), vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon. Blend on high speed for 1–2 minutes, or until the mixture is smooth and fully combined.</p>

Step 2

<p>Pour the coconut mixture into glass bottles and seal tightly. Refrigerate until well chilled.</p>

Step 3

<p>Before serving, stir or shake the bottle well to recombine the ingredients. Pour the coquito into small glasses and garnish with a sprinkle of ground cinnamon and a cinnamon stick, if desired.</p>

It was pretty good. I use gold rum also and didn't use brandy. Definitely would make it again

Made it a bit different. I changed the rum recipe to 1.5 cups of rum. And added 2 cans of condensed milk with a big pinch of salt to balance everything out. Its the best coquito ive ever made !

Delicious! This recipe filled my blender to the brim so I will have plenty to share on Thanksgiving. No point in adding half of a cup of alcohol though... might as well add at least a whole cup or none at all.

Terrific recipe! The second time I made it I only had 1 can of evaporated milk. I added 4 large table spoons of vanilla yogurt. It was even better!
