Sofrito – a puree of tomatoes, onions, green peppers, cilantro and garlic – is used as a flavor-packed cooking base in many Latino dishes; like soups, stews and seasoned beans. But making the mixture yourself can be time consuming – so we took the freshest ingredients and prepped them for you. Simply add a heaping spoonful or two of GOYA® Sofrito to your favorite dishes and enjoy the authentic flavors you love, without the work.

Very good. Added Cajan sausage and it was great.

Came out very well. Happy with it and will make again. I also added some diced onion. Enjoy!

Followed the direction. Came out very tastey, but mushy. I knew it was too much water for rice ratio but I tried it anyway. Just use less water. Maybe 2 1/2 cups. I love goya recipes. They remind me of my Pops.
