Air Fryer Crispy Cheese Bites: Cut cheese into 1-inch cubes.

Step 2

Transfer flour to shallow bowl. Whisk egg in second shallow bowl. Transfer breadcrumbs to third shallow bowl. Dredge cheese cubes in flour, egg, and breadcrumbs, pressing to adhere.

Step 3

Preheat air fryer to 400°F according to manufacturer’s instructions.

Step 4

Lightly spray air-fry basket with olive oil spray. In batches, arrange breaded cheese cubes in air-fryer basket in single layer without overlapping. Lightly spray cheese cubes with olive oil spray.

Step 5

Air-fry, turning halfway through the cook time, for 5 to 7 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.

Step 6

Cilantro-Jalapeño Chimichurri Sauce: In medium bowl, stir together jalapeños, cilantro, oil, lime juice, garlic, adobo seasoning, cumin, oregano and crushed red peppers.

Step 7

Arrange crispy cheese bites on serving platter. Serve with chimichurri sauce. Notes: · For a party appetizer, serve with cocktail toothpicks or thread air-fried cheese onto mini skewers. · Prepare chimichurri sauce up to 3 days in advance and store in airtight container in refrigerator.
