GOYA® Guava Nectar (or your favorite flavor of GOYA® Nectar) 

5 tbsp.

powdered gelatin, plus 1 teaspoon

Step 1

Pour nectar into medium saucepan over medium heat, and bring to simmer.

Step 2

Gradually add gelatin, whisking continually until incorporated.

Step 3

Switch to rubber spatula, and stir gently, skimming off any bubbles that form.

Step 4

Spoon mixture into mold(s) of your choice.

Step 5

Chill in freezer one hour until set.

Step 6

Remove from molds and store in airtight container.

Tip by La Cocina Goya

If using GOYA® Mango Nectar, add two teaspoons lemon juice to the recipe.
