Peach-Coconut Michelada

Jump to recipe

Beverage prepared in a pitcher for summer gatherings

Looking for a tropical drink that’s ready in just 5 minutes? Try this Peach Coconut Michelada. The combination of GOYA® Peach Nectar and GOYA® Coconut Water creates that perfect balance of sweet and refreshing, with a kick from lime and spices that keeps you coming back for more.

Here’s what makes it great: it works as a cocktail with beer or as a refreshing mocktail—so everyone can enjoy it together. Just mix everything in a pitcher, keep it cold, and you’re set. When you serve, rim the glasses with chile-lime seasoning and add slices of fresh peach and cucumber for that extra refreshing touch.

Perfect for warm days, backyard gatherings, or whenever you want something a little different to share with friends.

Step 1

Place the chile-lime seasoning on a small plate. Moisten the rims of 8 glasses with a lime wedge, then dip the rims into the chile-lime seasoning, tapping off any excess. Set aside.

Step 2

In a large pitcher filled halfway with ice, stir together the tomato–clam cocktail mixer, coconut water, peach nectar, lime juice, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce until combined. Top with beer.

Step 3

Divide the michelada among the prepared glasses. Garnish the rims with peach slices and lime wheels. Top with cucumber spears and serve.

Easy Mocktail Upgrade
Transform this cocktail into a refreshing mocktail by swapping the alcoholic ingredients for non‑alcoholic alternatives, such as alcohol‑free beer. You’ll keep the same flavor and experience, just without the alcohol.

Chill That Lasts
For a drink that stays cold longer, thoroughly chill the mixture before adding any ice. When ready to serve, pour in the beer and add large ice cubes or an ice block to the pitcher to maintain the perfect chill with minimal dilution.
