<p>red bell pepper, finely chopped</p>

Step 1

<p>Cook rice according to package directions.</p>

Step 2

<p>Meanwhile, heat oil in medium skillet over medium-high heat. Add onions and peppers; cook until vegetables are soft, about 7 minutes. Add spinach and garlic; cook until spinach wilts and garlic is fragrant, about 1 minute more.</p>

Step 3

<p>Add cooked rice to large serving bowl. Stir in cooked vegetables; season with Adobo. Serve warm.</p>
