Step 1

<p>To make the marinade: In a food processor, add chipotle peppers, minced garlic, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, Adobo, and 1 tbsp. of olive oil. Mix until well incorporated.</p>

Step 2

<p>In a bowl, coat the chicken well and marinate for 30 minutes to an hour.</p>

Step 3

<p>While the chicken marinates, combine all the yogurt sauce ingredients in a small bowl. Set aside.</p>

Step 4

<p>In a hot cast-iron pan or skillet, add the remaining olive oil and cook the chicken until browned and cooked through.</p>

Step 5

<p>Assemble the wrap: add the cooked chicken, mozzarella cheese, yogurt sauce, pico de gallo, and shredded lettuce. Place the wrap on a warm skillet over medium heat and cook for about 2–3 minutes, until the tortilla is crispy and golden brown. Serve hot and enjoy.</p>
