cucumbers peeled and chopped

6 cups

water

juice of 3 limes

Step 1

In a blender, combine cucumbers and 2 cups of water. Blend until smooth. Using a fine mesh strainer, strain mixture.

Step 2

In a large pitcher, combine strained cucumber water, lime juice, remaining 4 cups of water and agave. Add organic chia seeds. Stir well to combine and allow standing for about 10 min. or until organic chia seeds expand.

Step 3

Serve in a tall glass over ice.
