If you haven’t tried these fantastic Frozen Pineapple Margaritas yet, you don’t know what you’re missing. This delicious slushy cocktail is made in just 5 minutes with the sweet, tropical flavor of GOYA® Frozen Pineapple Chunks, blended with GOYA® Lime Juice, GOYA® Organic Blue Agave and GOYA® Coconut Milk, and, of course, tequila; a perfect drink to enjoy anytime, for any occasion. To serve, garnish each glass with a rim of lime, salt, and GOYA® Chilin Seasoning. And if you prefer a non-alcoholic version, just leave out the liquor, and it will be just as tasty. bags frozen GOYA® Pineapple Chunks, (5 cups)

½ cup

GOYA® Coconut Milk, or <a href="/products/organic-coconut-milk/">Organic Coconut Milk</a>

½ cup

GOYA® Lime Juice, or fresh lime juice

1 cup

white tequila

4-6

lime slices, or pineapple slices, for garnish

Step 1

<p><span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">Combine salt and Chilin Seasoning on small plate</span>. Moisten rims of lowball or margarita glasses with a damp paper towel; dip glasses in salt-Chilin mixture, tapping off any excess.</p>

Step 2

<p>In bowl of blender, blend pineapple chunks, coconut milk, lime juice, tequila, and agave together until smooth and slushy, about 30 seconds.</p>

Step 3

<p>Pour into prepared glasses. Garnish with lime wedges and serve.</p> <p><strong>Make Spicy Margarita:</strong> Blend 1 large seeded and chopped jalapeño into margarita mixture in step 2 to create a spicy margarita! Garnish with jalapeño slices.</p> <p><strong>Make Pineapple Margarita Popsicles:</strong> Simply pour margarita mixture into popsicle molds. Freeze for 4 hours until firm. Dip each popsicle into salt mixture and serve immediately.</p> <p><strong>Note:</strong> You can substitute GOYA® <a href="https://www.goya.com/en/products/pineapple-chunks-frozen/">Frozen Pineapple Chunks</a> for GOYA® <a href="https://www.goya.com/en/products/pineapple-juice-carton/">Pineapple Juice</a>! In bowl of blender, combine 5-6 cups ice, 1 cup GOYA® <a href="https://www.goya.com/en/products/pineapple-juice-carton/">Pineapple Juice</a>, 1 cup white tequila, 1/2 cup GOYA® <a href="https://www.goya.com/en/products/lime-juice/">Lime Juice</a> and 3 tbsp. GOYA® <a href="https://www.goya.com/en/products/organic-blue-agave/">Blue Agave</a> together until smooth and slushy, about 30 seconds.</p>
