<p><em>pisco</em> liquor</p>

¾ cup
(16.9 oz.)

<p>ice cubes</p>

1½ cup

<p>ginger ale</p>

<p>lime slices, for garnish</p>

<p>pear slices, for garnish, optional</p>

Step 1

<p>In pitcher, stir together pear passion fruit nectar, <em>pisco</em>, coconut water and lime.</p>

Step 2

<p>Divide mixture, among 6 ice filled tall glasses. Top with ginger ale. Garnish with lime slice and pear slice if desired.</p> <p>Note: Add dash of bitters to cut sweetness in drink if desired.</p>
