GOYA® Guava Paste (bag), cut into 1/2-inch-thick sticks

1 block
(5 oz.)

mozzarella, cut into 1/2-inch-thick sticks

Step 1

<p>Preheat oven to 375°F and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Place thawed plantains on prepared baking sheet. Slice each plantain lengthwise, making a shallow 1/2-inch-deep slit down the center, being careful not to cut all the way through.</p>

Step 2

<p>Fill each plantain evenly with guava paste and cheese, spreading the filling from edge to edge.</p>

Step 3

<p>Bake until plantains are hot and cheese is melted, about 15 to 20 minutes. Serve and enjoy.</p>
