Garnish - 6 fruit skewers:

dragon fruit wedges

Step 1

In blender, mix coconut milk, water, passion fruit cocktail, rum, lime juice and ice until smooth.

Step 2

Divide among 6 piña colada Garnish cocktail with a skewer of fruit such as dragon fruit, pineapple, cherry and kiwi.

 

Note: You can omit rum and substitute coconut water for a delicious mocktail.
