Step 1

Place Chilin seasoning on small plate. Moisten rims of low-ball glasses or stemless wine glasses with a damp paper towel; dip glasses in Chilin seasoning, tapping off any excess. Fill glasses halfway with ice. Set aside.

Step 2

In large pitcher filled halfway with ice, stir together mango nectar, coconut water and grapefruit juice.

Step 3

Divide mixture among prepared glasses. Top with club soda; stir to combine. Garnish evenly with grapefruit quarters.
