Guarantee crisp grilled bacon
The Bacon-wrapped pineapples in these Pineapple Chicken Kabobs with Bacon are a delicious surprise of sweet-and-savory flavor! To ensure the bacon gets crackling-crisp all around as you grill, leave some space between the chicken and the pineapple-bacon pieces so they are not touching. This will help the fire from the grill to cook every nook and cranny of the bacon so you can count on the crispest results.

This dish is delicious! There's no need to use an entire bottle of marinade, however; just put the chicken cubes into a reclosable bag, pour over 1/4 bottle of marinade, and seal/marinate according to directions. You can even freeze the entire bag; as it thaws, it marinates itself. Easy and delicious!
