shredded yellow cheddar cheese
1 cup
chopped yellow or orange bell pepper

avocado, halved, pitted, peeled and cut into 1-inch pieces (optional)

Directions
Step 1
<p>Preheat oven to 425°F and line 2 rimmed baking sheets with parchment paper. Brush both sides of tortillas lightly with oil. Stack tortillas and slice into 6 wedges. Scatter tortillas over prepared baking sheets; sprinkle with salt. Bake, flipping chips halfway through, until light golden-brown and crisp, about 8 to 10 minutes. Set aside to cool slightly.</p>
Step 2
<p>Reduce oven temperature to 375°F. Spoon half of the ground beef and black beans over the top half of the chips. Sprinkle half of the cheese, bell pepper, and jalapeños over the top; then repeat the layers.</p>
Step 3
<p>Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted. Drizzle with Mexican crema, or dollop with sour cream. Garnish with tomatoes, radishes, avocado (if using), and cilantro.
