Here your new favorite recipe! A nice change from steak and chicken, these shrimp fajitas are sautéed with the unique flavor of GOYA® Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce, for a spicy kick. These chipotle peppers are jalapeño peppers that have been dried, smoked, and then packed in a flavorful sauce made of tomatoes and other spices.

<p>small red onion, sliced</p>

<p>small yellow pepper, sliced</p>

<p>small green pepper, sliced</p>

chipotle peppers from 1 can (12 oz.) GOYA® Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce, finely chopped, plus 1 tbsp chipotle sauce from can

Step 1

<p>Heat oil in large skillet set over medium-high heat; cook onion, and yellow, green and red peppers for 2 to 3 minutes or until slightly softened.</p>

Step 2

<p>Stir in shrimp; cook for 2 to 3 minutes or until starting to curl. Stir in chipotle, lemon juice and brown sugar; cook for about 1 minute or until shrimp are cooked through and well coated. Serve with flour tortillas, Salsa Pico de Gallo, and guacamole on the side.</p> <p><strong>Note:</strong><br /> Serve with shredded lettuce, shredded cheese and sour cream for fully loaded fajitas.</p>
