Say hello to the flavors of summer with this light and refreshing shrimp sauté. A medley of peppers and onions cook alongside fresh shrimp. Some GOYA® Sazonador Total contributes just the right amount of flavor while a dash of lemon juice brightens up the dish. <p><span>green bell pepper, finely chopped</span></p>

<p><span>red bell pepper, finely chopped</span></p>

¼

<p><span>yellow bell pepper, finely chopped</span></p>

¼ tsp.

<p><span> hot pepper flakes</span></p>

⅛ tsp.

<p><span>sugar</span></p>

1 lb.

<p><span>peeled and deveined large shrimp (tails left on), about 16-20 pieces</span></p>

2 tbsp.

Step 1

<p>Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat until very hot, but not smoking. Add onions, green, red and yellow bell pepper and garlic. Cook, stirring occasionally, until vegetables soften, about 7 minutes. Stir in Sazonador Total and hot pepper flakes. Pour in lemon juice and sugar; bring to boil.</p>

Step 2

<p>Add shrimp to skillet. Cook, stirring occasionally, until shrimp and bright pink and opaque, about 3 minutes. Garnish with cilantro</p>

Step 3

<p>Serve with rice, over pasta or next to freshly cooked vegetables.</p>
