A healthy sandwich alternative, these Mediterranean chicken wraps will take your taste buds on a European vacation! Simply toss diced cooked chicken and feta cheese crumbles in a zesty blend of GOYA® Extra Virgin Olive Oil, lemon juice, oregano and GOYA® Adobo Light All-Purpose Seasoning with Pepper. Place mixture in GOYA® Flour Tortillas – Burritos, then add a fresh touch by topping with GOYA® Fancy Pimientos, cucumbers, GOYA® Black Olives and crunchy romaine lettuce. These wraps are very transportable and require no utensils, so if you’re on-the-go, you’re in luck!

Ingredients

<p><span>large lemon</span></p>

1 tbsp.

<p><span> fresh oregano</span></p>

3 cups

<p><span> cooked diced chicken (or grilled chicken)</span></p>

1 cup

<p><span>crumbled feta</span></p>

1 cup

GOYA® Fancy Pimientos, coarsely chopped

1 cup

<p><span> coarsely chopped seedless cucumber</span></p>

2 cups

<p><span>sliced romaine</span></p>

Step 1

<p>Grate zest from lemon (1 1/2 tsp.) into medium bowl. Add juice of lemon (2 tbsp.), olive oil, oregano and Adobo seasoning. Whisk until blended. Toss in chicken and feta until combined.</p>

Step 2

<p>Divide mixture between tortillas, spreading in a horizontal band (6×3-inch) in center. Top with pimentos, olives, cucumber and romaine. Fold bottom edge of tortillas up and over filling. Fold opposite sides in over filling and roll up from the bottom.</p> <p>Note: You can prepare chicken mixture in step 1 and refrigerate up to 8 hours in advance.</p>
