There are drinks that are best enjoyed on a hot summer afternoon like this Passion Fruit and Coconut Spritz, a light, fruity, and very refreshing cocktail. Whip it up in minutes with our delicious GOYA® Passion Fruit Cocktail, combined with GOYA® Pear Nectar, and GOYA® Coconut Water, plus lime juice, Aperol, prosecco, and sliced oranges for garnish. And if you prefer, you can substitute prosecco with sparkling wine or champagne – you’ll enjoy it sip by sip!

Ingredients

¾ cup

<p>Aperol</p>

<p>Ice</p>

2 cups

<p>prosecco</p>

½ cup

<p>club soda</p>

<p>large orange slices, halved</p>

Step 1

<p>In medium pitcher or bowl, stir together coconut water, pear nectar, passion fruit cocktail, lime juice and Aperol.</p>

Step 2

<p>Divide mixture among 4 ice-filled glasses.</p>

Step 3

<p>Top with prosecco and club soda; stir to combine.</p>

Step 4

<p>Garnish each glass with 1/2 orange slice.</p> <p><strong>Note:</strong> Substitute prosecco with sparkling wine or champagne if preferred.</p>
