Ingredients

3 tbsp.

white rum, or non-alcoholic white rum

¼ cup

GOYA® Lime Juice, or fresh lime juice

maraschino cherries, stems removed, halved, optional

1 cup

shredded sweetened coconut, for garnish, optional

Step 1

<p>In a medium bowl, mix together pineapple juice, cream of coconut, rum and lime juice, stirring until combined.</p>

Step 2

<p>Evenly divide pineapple mixture among popsicle molds. If using, add 1 maraschino cherry half to each popsicle mold. Freeze for 30 minutes. Insert popsicle sticks and freeze until solid, at least 6 hours.</p>

Step 3

<p>To serve, quickly run bottom of molds under hot water before unmolding. Garnish with shredded coconut and serve.</p>
