Step 1

Add mango chunks, mango nectar, 1/2 cup white rum to bowl of blender. Blend on high until drink is smooth, about 30 seconds. Transfer to container and freeze until ready to serve.

Step 2

Add ice, remaining white rum, cream of coconut and pineapple juice to bowl of clean blender. Blend on high until drink is smooth, about 30 seconds.

Step 3

Fill 8 chilled high-ball glasses with alternating layers of coconut drink and mango drink, creating a layered appearance. Garnish with mango slices, maraschino cherries and mint. Serve and enjoy.
